I traded a Razer gold of $500 and it’s take you guy 1 hour to redeem a Razer gold that is not up too 15 minutes and you claim that the card was used and even when I contacted the customer service I was told it done and you guy doesn’t credit me in naira and later I was told it’s used card so who is lying you people are scammer and thief. You guys build this site to scam people because I discovered nothing works on your app SCAMMERS

We would never scam our customers of their giftcards. If your cards are used we indicate they’re used. 𝙸f good they get approved.

Hello BitMobile My friend referred me to this app some days ago and I decided to use it, the first time I use it was cool, but when I tried to use it again I was scammed, I sell a bitcoin worth 25$ and I was only credited #7,000 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐚 instead of #29,000 plus and I have been trying to complain on WhatsApp I get no response why is that happening??

There’s no scamming here. Due to the numerous unconfirmed transactions on the blockchain Bitcoin fees has spiked. This we notified all users via notifications on the app and via our WhatsApp.

Bitcoin network fees are very high at the moment across all wallets. Not our fault and nothing we can do from our end to reduce the fee at the moment.

You just have to wait till network fees comes back to normal. Most wallets charges $35 or more. We still charging lesser than that.
