Have a functioning app when dealing with people’s lives

Cannot even get past the account setup without the app getting stuck in an endless loading loop. No significant help after hours even though the 24hr number gets answered by a useless support group and they tell you they are paging second tier help.

Terrible app

Unable to get past profile set up. Stuck clicking. No support for after hours. Whoever set up rushed through explanations.

Faulty App

This app can't get past page 4/4 of the setup. It just buffers
