Bible Trivia - Christian Games 4+

Great learning tool

I just downloaded this game today, I have only played one game however, I want to leave this review because I see that this is not only a game, but it’s also a learning tool. Sometimes we know all the answers, but we don’t so if you don’t have this and you’re wondering, go ahead and download it you will be as amazed as myself.

Purchases & Missing books of the Bible

I’ve been trying to find a good Bible trivia game to help me retain basic knowledge of the Bible, as well as things I struggle to remember. When I opened the app, I noticed that the “BOOKS” section was missing A LOT of books from both the Old and New Testament.

I’m not sure if this is because the creators are still working on the game and there’s limited content available, or if they believe the books shown are the “important” ones. But, I feel as though ALL the books should be included.

Still on the “BOOKS” section, when I wanted to test my knowledge of 1 & 2 Corinthians, I had to purchase the pack in order to unlock and play. I am 16 years old with no job due to school, extracurriculars, and SAT prep. There should be no reason why I have to PAY in order learn.

I understand that these creators need a source of income. However, there are ways in doing it without having to buy these packs in order to play. Without paying, I can’t do much besides test my knowledge in the “SKILLS” section, which, can become repetitive and boring after a while.

Overall, I wish I didn’t have to struggle to find an app that helps with my walk. I was really excited about this app b/c of the positive feedback. But once again, I’m left feeling disappointed.

Hello! This app has been years in the making, and is a continual work in progress. We will continue to add in more and more books of the Bible, with the end goal of covering the Bible cover to cover. We understand that cost can be an issue, that's why we've recently introduced smaller subscription fees that give access to all of the content. We hope this will help!

Great for reviewing and teaching

I do believe this a great game for reviewing one’s personal knowledge of the Bible. However as I play I long for further exploration of the other books in the Bible only to find it is limited to some books and not all the books in the Bible. The time that the app has been running it requires current updates and inclusion of more books from New Covenant (New Testament). Maybe, adding the ability to see progress in the game as you continue quizzing. Overall, the game is Blessedly great!
