Ordering ink for my printer was easy and if it comes to the correct address that would be even better.

Bb messed up with the delivery of a washer and dryer and the mounting of my tv. Our address chanodue to a move. The washer and dryer was sent to the wrong address and bb blamed me. The geek squad setting up the tv was suppose to go to the old address first and came to new address first. The mounting had to be rescheduled and was set up 17 days out. The only good thing was the young lady who to help by reaching out to the guys who were doing the work and the store they worked at. But she was unable to reach anyone. Thank her very much for her efforts and for not following my suit and getting upset. I apologize again and hope I didn’t ruin your day.

The regular shopping part of the app is fine, but there is a HUGE glitch in the credit card account part of the app! If you have the BB credit card and pay through the app, be REALLY CAREFUL not to tap on the ‘make a payment’ part UNLESS YOU REALLY PLAN TO PAY RIGHT THEN!! I accidentally tapped on that, and backed out because I wasn’t making a payment, and it made a payment at the highest one of the a available options WITHOUT ME EVER CLICKING ON THE “authorize” BUTTON!!! I am now out $2500 AT CHRISTMAS, overdrawn in my bank account, and have to wait WEEKS for the dispute process to complete to get this UNAUTHORIZED payment refunded!! I have no money to pay my rent or other bills because of this glitch. I am appalled at the shoddy programming that would allow this to happen and am wondering how many other people have had their money stolen by this glitch. It is horrifying that this is possible, and there is no way to get the charge immediately refunded because the app says it was authorized! Be careful, everyone!! EDIT: I have reported this to Apple as a scam or fraud because no credit card app should ever be charging someone without their authorization. That is theft, and I will start escalating if there is no response regarding correcting this glitch.

Once again an update proves you shouldn’t. Updates are for data collection, unwanted advertising taking up increasing screen real estate, supposedly targeted ads/curation/customized experience. Nope. Can’t find the deal of the day as easily. Large graphics cam slow loading so when you click on something if interest, the delayed ad steals the click and off you go…untethered into the ether. Heaven forbid the app spawns a browser. Previously viewed items gain cobwebs, and when you try to delete them the “x” to close them is unresponsive or the clickable area is actually less than the area taken up by the x. Don’t get me started on simple ways to access my account, and the clicks which have been added. “Once again”…a tired refrain…a dept has to justify its existence by developing unneeded, unwanted and unasked for “features” and does so in a suboptimal, self-serving way that is insular and inward-looking. I blame myself. Never update unless forced. And question whether to further drop off your cash when they turn the screws that way. They need us, not the other way around.
