The best in the area!
Love the app & the business! This food and pharmaceutical delivery service is the best available. It’s user friendly, reliable, personalized, and efficient. If there is an issue, you will be contacted right away. The food is always fresh as if you were at the restaurant & Bento staff are always happy and friendly. I recommend this service for food delivery anytime!
Decent
The app is decent. At times I think it’s takes too long for the food to arrive which is annoying because it’s cold. I also wish we could get a break down on each step of the way also being shown on the map.

3. As soon as they collect it shows you they are on the way (plus letting us know they have another drop off to make on the)
What I’ve noticed is that the drivers don’t activate the notification to let you know they are on their way until they are right at your door. I’ve had many times I’ve ran out because it shows they are still at the restaurant when actually they are on my street. I think you could take a note from the other big apps like UberEats, DoorDash etc. I know exactly where my food is at and I can talk with my driver.
But over all the app works.
Poor App, Poor Service
If you want your food to be sitting at a restaurant and waiting for a half an hour then be my guest and use this wonderful app. You can even call the restaurant to check on your dinner and they will let you know that your food has been ready and they are waiting for someone to collect; wonderful Benny Bag will update and say that the driver is waiting to collect it.
When this app launched it was such a wonderful tool, blessing the island with superb service and wonderful delivery manner however, since they have decided to become greedy and oversell, you will be served cold food after waiting for a distasteful amount of time.
