A new way to stay in touch with your hotel. BellHopp moves communicating with the hotel away from the front desk at check-in and checkout to anywhere and everywhere - pre-stay all the way to post-stay.
With BellHopp, customers can see everything partner hotels have to offer and book directly. Once guests have made their booking, through any site or platform, they can connect to the hotel's portal. Once on the portal, hotels can:

The hotel profile is complete, showcasing all the various facilities, restaurants and even what's local. There is also a 'noticeboard' for hotels to add key information
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Hotels are able to send you push notifications to keep you up to date. Announcements can be to all in-house guests, or a individual announcement. Hotels can send updates and market new services and offers
MESSAGING
Hotels and guests can message with instant communication through our Whatsapp integration and can stay in touch post-stay
