No can like dat ,

l Always Asking for OTP, yet you can only resister 1 device

There’s should be an option to get OTP via text or email. Or even an option to add a 2nd phone number just incase the primary phone is lost. But if they allow email then no need to require 2nd phone number. What if a person traveling across the globe and your mobile phone roaming service is not turn on. You pretty much stuck. What if you lost your phone? You can’t reset the password without OTP and only by text. Stuck again. Add a security question that way we can reset our password with out any assistance so long we have all the info. Better yet add smart phone authentication app Since the device is registered why ask OTP so often? I understand if it’s new device and not registered. Missing an option to turn on/off your debit card, set a maximum spending also geolocation where you approve transaction. Example I want my card to be used only in Manila and some one use it in Cebu or other places. Transaction are declined, even if it’s correct pin. Missing deposit check by phone. Some bank using this feature, so simple less line at your branch. Take a picture front and back of the check and done.

Also, when sending money banner message said it was successful then once the banner goes off a message saying “unable to send money”

Useless App😵‍💫😤

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this “new” app is forcing me to do this. I have been using BDO Digital Banking app for decades and was happy with it. Then this poorly developed version is introduced and now I am losing my trust with BDO’s internet banking capability. First problem, after registering I realized that you have to manually enroll all your accounts, the b_s that they advertised that individual accounts automatically visible is not true. Second problem, my EIP account is not directly accessible in this “new” app, even after I enrolled this. Clicking on the EIP account opens the web browser in my phone where I have to log-in again in order to see the details. Third problem, after a week of not using this ludicrous app, it does not recognize my login information anymore, even if the same login information works if I log-in via web browser.

Poorly designed and developed

At the start, app had issues. Most recently, I tried money transfers to another BDO account using my iPhone 14 with a Singapore SIM card in it: 1) I got in-app message the transfer was unsiccessful 2) yet I received a text message that the transfer was being processed - which made the entirw thing confusing. 3)then I tried using the old app BDO Digital - and the transfer was successful. 4) next day, I troed using BDO Inline again to send money. Again unsuccessful. So inserted my Philippine SIM (which is the number eegistered with BDO) and this time, transfer was successful. Another issues: Design is not “instinctive “. For example, when sending money, ot should forst ask the BDO account it is being sent FROM, before asking the account it is being sent TO. As it is, we need to fill up the account sent TO and the amount first, then the screen shows “Done” plus the keyboard, and when you click Done, te keyboard disappears and shows the ACCOUNT TRANSFERRED TO with a message that it must be filled. IRRITATING!!!
