Description
Baron Performance computes all the useful performance numbers for flight planning for Beechcraft Baron aircraft. It includes calculations for takeoff, landing, climb, cruise, descent, instrument procedures as well as emergencies. It also includes an interactive hold calculator, a risk analysis tool, one engine inoperative page, radar page, and a glide distance calculator that handles head and tailwinds.
Baron Performance is also available as a WebApp (an App that runs in a browser) that runs on a variety of platforms (PC, Mac, tablets, phones). The Cloud Sync feature allows flight planning profiles entered on any device to be synchronized with your other devices when connected.

Simply Amazing
If you fly one of the many supported aircraft you need this app. It does in seconds what can take 30 minutes or more to do manually. More importantly the app eliminates the many sources of errors naturally involved in interpolating manually from the many POH performance charts. Weight and balance - check, high altitude takeoff and landing performance - check, short field takeoff and landing distances - check, flight-specific maximum climb rate - yes, effects of wind, runway slope, condition, type, and moisture - also yes. The breadth of functionality combined with ease of use is - simply amazing.
