Start banking wherever you are with Bankers Trust M+ Personal (Central Iowa and Phoenix) for iPhone and iPad! Available to all Bankers Trust Central Iowa and Phoenix customers. Bankers Trust M+ Personal (Central Iowa and Phoenix) allows you to check balances, pay bills, make transfers, and deposit checks.
Available features include:
Accounts
- Check your latest account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.
Bill Pay
- Pay new bills, edit bills scheduled to be paid, and review previously paid bills from your phone.
Transfers
- Easily transfer cash between your accounts.
Remote Deposit Capture
- Deposit checks while on the go with iPhone
All features may not be available in the tablet application.

Unable to login on Sunday
I tried to login this evening about 7:15 PM. Wanted to send me a one time key via text message. System said they could not find my phone number. I have had that phone number for about 20 years and you have had it as long as I have had my account there. No one is available to fix the problem tonight.
App not available when needed
Many times, when trying to use app it is “not available “ for one reason or another.
Horrible after update
This app worked great until an update in the fall of 2019. It seems like the first time I open it for the day, it acts like I have never logged in to the app before. Now every time I login, it wants me to go through a tutorial that I have already done. Even though I have my fingerprint ID enabled, it frequently makes me enter my password anyways. Whoever did the updates for this app did a terrible job.
