What did you do?

This app was great! But you changed the way it looks and it’s now not functioning as well. Logging in is laggy, and I often get a message to try again. Once in, when I click on an account, a pop up tells me to try again. I have to try again about 5 times before gaining access. Then, going into alerts and it pops up and says try again and I can’t even go back because it didn’t load properly. Before this overhaul of the look of the app happened I would have given 5 stars, but now it’s making me wonder if I should change banks!

Best Bankers

I have been with Bank of Texas for many years and have never been disappointed. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Every person I have worked with has cheerfully made every transaction easy, even when there have been extenuating and frustrating circumstances. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate every person I work with which include Carolyn Laurence, Charlie Bogan, Audrey DeLeon and Marcos. I will be with Bank of Texas, as they say, for the rest of my life!

Really gone down hill

I’ve been banking with these guys for a long long time. They used to be the best gig in town. Their hiring practices (people in the actual banks that barely speak English) and outsourcing to other groups on weekends for emergency calls has created a situation in which I just can’t give them my solid endorsement anymore. I can’t count how many times in the last year and a half that my card is been compromised, it’s as though their security measures are of a decade or two ago and can’t keep up with the common threat these days of identity theft.

I really miss the old Bank of Texas.
