Bank of Oak Ridge Mobile is a secure, convenient and completely free service for Bank of Oak Ridge clients to access your accounts anywhere, at any time using your unique Username and Password.
With security and privacy being our top priority, Bank of Oak Ridge Mobile provides a fast way to conduct many banking activities at a touch of a few keystrokes.
As a Bank of Oak Ridge client, you will have the freedom to:
- View your checking and savings account balances and activity
- Check pending deposits, credits and debits
- Make transfers from one Bank of Oak Ridge account to another.
- View your HSA account balance and activity
- Find ATMs and office locations
- Pay your bills on the go
- Deposit checks directly into your eligible accounts
- Send or receive money simply by emailing or texting with Popmoney*

Poor app performance
Constantly have issues with mobile app login. Week after week after week, the app can’t validate our login credentials and then are locked out of our mobile app. After 5pm there is no support so if anything happens over the weekend, your without options. They’ve stated to delete and redownload the app and that should fix the issue at hand but it doesn’t.
Login information is saved and Face ID is operative. Still can’t wrap my head around how there is always failed login in attempts when one day it logs in just fine, and the very next day the first attempt you make it’s locked out.
Worked Perfectly and Then Mobile Payment Option Not Available
Mobile App on IPhone 13 worked perfectly through May 8th, Sunday. All sections including mobile bill pay.
On Monday May 9th, bill pay was not available with a red exclamation and a message saying that payment section was unavailable or that I was not eligible to use.
Has to be a problem with an app update, permissions etc. I can go through safari and physically log in and get to the payment section and use.
Was functioning perfectly and then not.
Not much use in a mobile app than you can’t pay bills with.
