Likely to contribute to disordered eating

Go, slow, and whoa are categorizations similar to red light green light or good and bad foods that contribute to feelings of guilt and shame, and is linked to disordered eating behaviors. This type of nutrition education is outdated and needs to be reconsidered, especially when targeted to ages that are becoming aware of their body image and dieting.

This is great!

It gives information on every food. I had no idea that whole milk has saturated fat. Thank you for letting us be in the know!

Sorting

In no way should Whole Milk and a sugary donut be considered the same for categorizing. An 8 oz serving of whole milk is only 8g fat vs 5g fat of 1%. That is such a small difference. I mean, maybe put whole milk in the slow section instead of the whoa section.
