Bahama Buck's 4+

Our family visited the drive thru on the Grand Opening of the Hudson Oaks store! We have been anticipating this for months since moving away from the Keller store to Springtown 4 yrs ago... you guys did not disappoint!!! The snow cones were amazing as usual and the service was awesome... considering training was still going on, as to be expected. We live 30 min away and will continue to make the drive... so so happy y'all are here, closer to us now!! Keep on being awesome! We did miss the "yo yo yo, want some snow" though! Y'all are awesome!

TL;DR; App doesn’t store order in a local database and so if the app refreshes you have to readd everything to your order.

My family loves Bahama Bucks, but this app gets frustrating! This app is mainly a way to order ahead. That’s its main function. But, there is a bug, or coding oversight which makes this app frustrating to use. If you are creating an order and get a phone call in, say from your wife who is out running errands and is going to be the one picking up said order, then you go back to the app after the phone call, the app refreshes and everything you had put in your cart is gone. 😡 When your kids are particular and want special changes to their treats, this issue becomes infuriating as you have to go back and readd every detail. This is just one of three scenarios that occurred today making me have to repeat the order (as we didn’t know exactly when she’d be able to pickup the order).

SUGGESTION TO DEVELOPERS: Enable local storage and when an item is added to the cart, store it and the store information to the device storage. That way if the app should refresh the cart is still active. This would vastly decrease frustration as I experienced multiple times today.

We stop punching the cards, two years ago and last year we stop giving anybody credit without the app would you like to get the app? I had no choice. I plan on coming back several times to get the shaved ice maybe root beer with the cream top may be Coke with cherry, some of my faves but I’m still sitting here writing this review. Thanking wow no credit at least the spoons still change color.
