Absolutely an amazing experience and a game changer for traveling!
Everyone was friendly on time and my luggage was secure. I would absolutely use this company again and I truly hope they expand to other countries.
The reason I love this is how convenient it is to use and how secure my belongings were. As a traveler that moves from place to place a lot. Check out time at 11 and check in at 3 can be annoying to deal with especially if you want to do a tour or not waste your day with luggage.
With BaggageTaxi it made my life so easy. I selected time I want luggage to be picked up at and where (from my old hotel) then where and when I want it dropped off (new hotel). Then they took care of everything else! I didn’t have to drag my luggage or leave in a non secure room. They had my bags locked and with a bar code. Nothing was missing or moved. I was able to check out of my hotel do a tour go to my new hotel and have my luggage delivered on time. Oh and the communication with WhatsApp if excellent. Thank you Mahnoor for answering all my questions!
