Badger works well on my Laptop but make it the same on the phone.

I have been using Badger maps for the last 5 months. However, I have several observations that may make Badger even more useful for field personnel.
I would like to be able to create follow up calls and meetings from the phone. Right now, it is a cumbersome way to get it into your schedule
Badger should have connectivity with Outlook, so as to have yet another reminder to complete more tasks.
I like the visualization feature but it needs refinement. Another words, make it so that when you have checked in it then creates an immediate follow up date inherently. Also there needs to be a way to just visualize customers that have not been or need to be visited once again. Otherwise, I think Badger is a great app, easy to manipulate and it helps with remembering items for immediate attention.

A MUST FOR EVERY OUTSIDE SALES REP!!!

Badger makes my outside sales career a breeze! I am so in love with the ease of use. I use the “lasso” too to pick a handful of accounts in an area and let Badger optimize the best route possible. Every stop I navigate to on the route, I “check-in” and write what I did or talked about. The check-ins are saved and I also send export them to a PDF to send to my boss weekly. I use notes to enter names of people and account info. I also customized my filterable search material by accounts that order the most and color coded the map. Our nationwide company currently doesn’t have a CRM and next week I show my boss the ropes on Badger in hopes he takes it to the President because EVERY salesperson needs this. I use this app at least 10-15 times a day at every stop and to see where I am going next. I save my routes by days of the week and by area. On my way home today, I was done my route early so I opened Badger to see which accounts I could hit on my way home and stopped to prospect one more account. It’s the most productive tool ever! I don’t know how salespeople live without it to be honest. It’s a MUST TRY and so self-explanatory to use. Also, someone from Badger has chatted with me online to help me with a question one night and you just can’t get customer service like that. I highly recommend this and hope our company purchases this for all our 600 reps nationwide. Keep up the good work Badger!!

Necessary for organization in outside sales.

Badger is vital to organization. At this point I don’t see how could do my day to day field sales without it. I really love how I can upload all my leads at once then map out my day based on the area I’ll be working. I always colorize my accounts to see how long it’s been since I was last at a place. One of the best features is the check-in. It really helps to look back and see what transpired at my last visit and also the time of day I stopped by. This way if I didn’t catch a client in the morning I know to go back in the afternoon. I’ve been using Badger for over a year now and the customer service is A+. The folks at Badger are always helpful and reachable by phone or email. They also return calls. If you do outside sales, travel to see clients and haven’t used Badger, definitely give it a try. It will make your days so much easier and I have no doubt that you’ll love it.
