This app saved us while traveling in France

This app is awesome! We were traveling in France when suddenly we found, to our dismay, that our Pandora premium did not work there. If we had known this would happen, we would have downloaded some of our playlists before we left the US so we could at least play them while we were traveling. This app allowed us to do just that from France, and it was easy to use. We will use it anytime we are traveling internationally. So appreciated!

I’ve been using BVPN for 6 years. Stable and reliable. Love the new battery saving feature. Don’t even bother to switch off vpn on my phone.

Worked great!
I decided to cancel after first months use. Three months later, I noticed I have been charged for two additional months after cancellation. I logged on to their website and now it saying tha I have that I have updated for additional 3 month subscription.
I chatted with the online support and they showed me a place to deselect a automatic subscription check mark, very well hidden.
They would not remove three month renewal charges that just showed up. They mentioned that they could not refund online purchases and/or if BVPN was used. I told them I didn’t make this purchase and they could check that I haven’t used it since first month.
Their response was, “Sorry”!
I called my bank and canceled my card.
I would not recommend this BVPN app due to this headache.

This app stills your money

I purchased a monthly plan that expires on May 5, but the app stopped working on April 13 because my subscription expired while my Apple subscription shows that my subscription is not expired. It also happened to me last month. They don’t even have a customer service to fix your issue.

Customer service

Horrible customer service.. payments get taken and the app still locks you out for non payment.. happened every month I’ve
Been using it. Customer service might as well not exist as they never answer their 24/7 support.

Dear Chris, we always respond to customer support complaint in less than 24 hours, About payment autorenewal there is a restore purchase button to help you make sure your payment is activated fast, The failure to activate subscription is usually caused by you aren't approving the app to restore purchase by entering iTunes account password when prompted or because of login out of your iTunes account for any reason.

In this version there isn’t any login page that we login with Email & Password , some old users like me don’t have any Token , please Bring back login page in New version for us . Tnx
