Description
AutoElevate Notify is part of AutoElevate's Real-Time Privilege Management System which allows Managed Service Providers to elevate end user's privilege requests, enter time and ticket information, receive request notifications, and check status.
This app is provided at no charge with the overall AutoElevate system but requires an active account, subscription, and login with AutoElevate.

Works well enough
Notifications don’t always work. It would be great if it had an undo button or a way to delete a rule after it’s been created.
Was great, now garbage
This app used to be great. I would get reliable alerts, quickly approve or decline, and response times were excellent. Now the app logs me out several times per day with no warning. I usually find out when I get a prompt for approval and have to log back in. If I’m not quick enough, the request times out. So annoying and it affects all the techs in our group. I don’t know what changed but they need to fix it ASAP. App is trash now.
Spams notifications
On the latest version of iOS, the software sends multiple notifications per event (at least 3) and will often send notifications again for past events. This renders the app useless at best and infuriating most of the time.
