Great audio quality, app constantly improving

The app keeps getting better with every update. Would love to see some ability to zoom into the timeline of an audio or video clip so it’s easier to edit. Would also like to see an auto setting for the mic gain, the new clipping and compression features absolutely help though if something is too quite or loud!

I had issues in the past with syncing of audio and video as well as long transfer times and that’s all been addressed and fixed. Support team was always helpful!

Would be nice to have a transfer later button after you stop a recording, if you need to move right on to the next song and would like to keep it saved to the mic memory in the meantime. It already sort of works that way if you cancel a transfer after selecting keep, you can start a new recording do that recording, transfer it and then click on the last session and transfer the files then. Doesn't feel good doing it as you could possibly lose the recording but it does work.

Audio quality with the mic is awesome. This app and mic are a great way to capture live performances and upload straight to social media without the barrier of a computer and editing software.

Make More Features on App Optional?

I suppose I understand why timeline control is so limited but being a multi-track recorder and not being able to jump around on the timeline to address things even in the recording stage (before exporting to a DAW) is putting an incredibly limited boundary on how I use it. This made me realize how cool it would be to have a few different editing features to select available if you wanted them...as opposed to just not on offer. Or maybe a few different versions of the app...simple like the current...and a more featured one. Great overall product nonetheless thus the solid rating despite my beef.

A bit janky, limited video options

When I first opened the app, it refused to record. I tried a firmware update, and it gave me no indication of progress, so I didn’t know how long I’d have to wait, or whether it was stuck or not. It eventually worked, but a progress bar would have been reassuring.

Audio recording worked well after the update, and it sounded great. I tried panning my recording left and right and struggled a bit to get it right back to the perfect center. I would have liked it to snap to the center. Maybe it does, but the margin is too narrow.

I tried clicking on Adjust but nothing came up. I had to back out to the project list and re-enter my project to get the Adjust UI to slide in. This bug might have had to do with me double clicking the circle earlier in an attempt to center the track.

The Compression option is disabled and there’s no indication of why. I’m not able to explore the compression feature and I’m not sure if I overlooked something.

Video recording options are basic. I’m able to lock exposure but not able to dial it in, as far as I can tell. For recording an artistic video, it would be nice to have more control over the exposure at least.
