Must-have app. Helps me meditate consistently

I’ve been using this app for a long time, and I’ve seen a huge improvement with my emotional control, self-compassion, and gratitude. I feel so relaxed after a quick meditation with this app. The narrator’s voice is very soothing. The lessons cite from the book Atomic Habits, send they are very helpful for forming any habit.
