Managing your caffeine intake will help you to focus better, stay alert, and have more energy without drawbacks like jitteriness.
Astrocat allows you to track how many coffees you drink throughout the day, and shows you how much caffeine you currently have in your system.

We calculate caffeine levels based on average caffeine amounts per beverage as well as the half-life of caffeine (the rate at which caffeine leaves your system).
By showing you the caffeine content of the most popular drinks, we help you to understand the impact of Cola, Cappuccinos, Energy Drinks, Stardust Coffee and more.

So simple but…

I just love this little app. Super simple to use and fast to add my coffee intake.

I do get a little worried about the amount of coffee but the pictures make me even more worried. Poor kitty, BUT it is good and does deter me from getting more.😸

This is a great app. I look forward to future expansion. Possibly some widgets.
