Note: this is the macOS version of our platform and is easily combined with the Meta Quest VR or Aryzon MR headsets. When using the iOS app, this macOS app allows you to start or join a session.
What’s New
Version 2024.2.0
This new version sports a completely redesigned starting menu:
- An initial landing page that immediately gives access to the relevant worlds.
- Display of sessions now includes active players and avatars.
- You can now favourite a world.
- You can now add custom tags to worlds that will be shared with everyone.
- The search function has been improved, you can now search by name, tag or author.
- Expanded the use of tooltips.
We have also enable the singleton session feature in this build. Singleton sessions is a feature that allows you to create a single persistent version of your world instead of letting everyone open a personal version when they go there. Singleton sessions have a few restrictions:
- Singleton sessions are permanently in play mode.
- World editors can start up a private session to edit the singleton world.
- Persistent worlds can only be toggled in the world page, not while you are in the world.
