Unable to use for months now
There was an update recently and I have been unable to use this app for months now (roughly November). I told my doctors office and they said many others are also having troubles. Some kind of bug needs resolved. It crashes/closes as soon I click on the app.
Does NOT work
This app keeps crashing and won’t even open after the recent update on my phone. I have no idea how to get it fixed . I’ve tried all kinds of methods hoping it would fully start working.
Help!
I just updated the app and I’m unable to get in now. App crashes when I click on it to open and I’m unable to access all kinds of medical information & communication.
