Our new app has a range of features designed to make it easy for you to get to the people and places that you need across the UK (excluding London). Whether you want to find out when your next bus will arrive, purchase an m-ticket for your journey or scan it once you get on the bus, the Arriva UK Bus app makes it simple. Here are some of the features our new app offers:

• Our improved journey planner makes it even easier for you to get from A to B; use the interactive map to find live bus departures near you or search for nearby bus stops

• See disruption alerts and journey cancellations so you can keep up to date with the latest information

Terrible timing for busses
I’m a student and need to get the number one bus to get to school but the amount of times I’ve been late or just not come in due to this bus being late is insane and a MASSIVE number they say the bus is every 15 minutes but it’s not and sometimes two number one busses come at the same time my spirits are always LOW due to this terrible bus time table and I feel like I have mental TAPER worms. My thoughts are beginning to FADE for this company.
Questionable app
I tried setting-up a new log-in with my email and I received an error message saying an account already exists. Cool.
When I click forget password and put in the same email I received a message that the email doesn’t belong to a user.
Which is it!???
Map view
This app used to be really good, since its been updated the real-time bus tracking no longer works. I’m hoping it just a glitch and is soon rectified otherwise I won’t find any use for it and will have to delete it.
