Locate the nearest scooter in the app, scan the QR code to unlock and start riding
End ride and pay online
Safety Rules:
Age 16+ only
Don't double up, 1 rider per e-scooter allowed
Protect your smarts, wear a Helmet
Bikes Lanes are the place to be
Use on low-speed roads under 30 km/hr
Always park carefully in the designated parking areas, non-compliance can attract fines from the RTA (Dubai)

Better to walk on crutches
Horrendous experience. Driving with other people, only the Arnab scooter stopped working. Battery was full. No way to call customer service. Cannot end trip because I’m in the red zone now, for other companies not a problem. I have to now drag the the locked scooter half a mile and it doesn’t recognise the gps position. Lost 30 minutes and ended where i started. Customer service is

PS : don’t Ever try this app
Very very bad experience. I suggest them to see how the established competitors are operating in the market. They are completely unprofessional and is ready to argue with users for literally no reason. Thanks a lot ARNAB and good bye and not see you again
