Was great until

App was awesome. Had it for about two months. And now the app immediately closes when you click to open. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same problem. Please fix

Support is terrible

So bought this system for my wife’s peace of mind letting the kids play outside.

The app was the selling point since it pushed motion alerts. The alerts stopped showing up in the app about 2 weeks after we set it up.

Emailed support, they asked to connect remotely. Insisted everything was fine, showed the screenshots of the inability of the alerts to show, they said get a third party app.

In the end by trial and error I was able to fix the issue myself by logging out of the app then logging back in but now alerts are pushed to my notifications inconsistently it seems.

In the end a lot of frustration and the manufacturer was NO HELP.

Their instructions included with the product were very incomplete and unhelpful and their “lifetime technical support” is pretty much useless.

Everything works, but don’t expect any help if it stops working.

You think by now after being 4 years old they would have a better system and set up! Just bought it and was great in the beginning but now when you go to check them it will say they aren’t up, network issues ( when WiFi strength is strong). I’m just over it. I bought them to have a peace of mind and instead I’m stressing out because they don’t work as they should and it’s not like they are cheap. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend these.
