The app is simple and explains clearly what to do when to do it and doesn’t distract from the actual riding of the bicycle. More than anything I am able to use it. I am visiting overseas and I’m able to sign up with my non Singapore phone number and use my non Singapore bank card. Every other app tells me my number is invalid

Signed up the service is pretty smooth. Adding a credit to top off. Map is a little confusing. I walked to area marked as P in the map. Thinking many bikes should be in the parking area. And I do see a few, but when ever I try to scan, can not unlock the bike because “maintenance mode”. Tried like five parking area. All the bikes are defective.

almost give up and then I see some green dots on the map on the way to my destination. Turns out the green dot indicates the actual bike. Unlocking is smooth. Bike quality is average at best. But it does the job.

Simple and works fine! I actually tried to use another service, but had difficulty setting up an account. No problem with this Anywheel app, so I was up and riding in a couple of minutes. Bike was in good shape. I purchased a 3 day pass for maximum flexibility. It’s a good value in my opinion.
