Ananas šoping mol a na netu omogućava ti da kupuješ bilo kad, bilo gde i da nađeš sve na jednom mestu. U ovoj aplikaciji možeš pronaći više od 600 hiljada različitih proizvoda, u preko 30 kategorija - sve što ti je potrebno. A tu su i posebne ponude i dodatni popusti samo za korisnike ananas aplikacije.
Obezbedili smo sigurno i bezbedno plaćanje platnim karticama na platformi, gotovinom tj. pouzećem prilikom preuzimanja paketa, uplatnicom ili skeniranjem IPS koda. A tu je i plaćanje na rate uz Banka Intesa platne kartice.
Svi proizvodi s oznakom „a brzo“ do tvojih kućnih vrata stižu u roku od jednog ili dva radna dana. Pored toga, svoj paket možeš da preuzmeš na ananas paketomatu na NIS benzinskim pumpama ili preuzmeš u ananas paket zoni - mreži maloprodajnih objekata (kafići, manje trgovinske radnje, menjačnice...). Kako tebi najviše odgovara. (Isporuku vršimo samo na teritoriji Republike Srbije)
Pojednostavili smo i vraćanje robe i reklamacija. U prvih 14 dana, od dana prijema paketa, možeš da vratiš proizvod bez ikakvih dodatnih objašnjenja. Jedini uslov je da proizvod ne bude korišćen.

Now it is good
It is clear that new features are good and app is updated with new look. Product pages are now with much more details, pictures are better in general. Important, there is a big progress with app speed. Best Serbian webshop definitely.

Delayed delevery
Everything is great until it is not. One of the packages was opened when it was delivered to me. after
I refused to take it they returned it back but from that moment I have been waiting for 4 weeks either to get my money back or for a new delivery.
