Description
The ALDImobile app is the smarter way to manage your prepaid account on the go!
The following features are available:
o Check your account balance, view your credit expiry date and see how much data you have remaining.
o Recharge instantly with a recharge card voucher purchased from ALDI, or with your nominated credit card.
o View and update your personal information such as home address or email. Update your credit card information or choose to auto recharge.
You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au
The ALDImobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.
ALDImobile is provided by MEDIONmobile, ALDI's exclusive technology partner.

Can’t log on.
Needs an update. Won’t log me in. Have to use website.
Impossible to recharge
Since the latest update, it's not possible to recharge my account with value pack. It complaints about not having credit nor credit card details, but I have it there... I can see it in another tab. Went to website and added pack in just one tap.
How is the critical functionality not working?
App crashes. Unable to load even after reinstall
Don't download v3.0.1. The app crashes immediately after loading. It goes into a cycle of loading & crashing. You won't be able to reach the login page. Either stick with the older version or use desktop to login. Very disappointing.
