The app is not worth using
I wasn’t even able to start using it, BUT I can say that no matter how many times I try to link with the other aldi app ( I made 4-5 accounts) it won’t let me. It keeps saying my password or email is wrong even when I have the password and email I used right in front of me. I thought maybe it’s the phone, it must be fine if I use a computer, NOPE it just showed me how broken it really is. Nothing transfers to each other as if acting like you never made any account unless you use the same device that you made said account on. This app needs some serious help cause it doesn’t even work from the start.
Very unhappy
Didn’t receive all of my order but was charged and I can’t even call the store that I shop at to have answers. I have to talk with somebody in 10 buck two that doesn’t speak good English do I sound like I’m upset. I am upset. I cannot believe this is the fourth order I have made, and I’ve had nothing but problems. Last order pickup a manager said I didn’t even have a order, But they put me down as Pam Murray not Pam Smith. My email is PamatMurray that shows you how screwed up it was.
Worthless
The whole reason I downloaded the app was to see pricing info (so I can compare prices with other stores). But this app doesn’t do that. The only thing it seems to be capable of is making your payment experience at the store faster or better. Which is literally the same thing as apple or Google Pay, so there is literally no reason to have this app.
It also says there are no stores in the entire USA, which is completely not true!
