Garbage

This would be a good app if it didn’t make you change your password all the time. I literally write my password down so I don’t forget because I’ve had to change it so often. It will also tell you you’ve entered it incorrectly even though you put it in correct. You get three chances. I have typed it extremely slow with the password that I know is right. Still get locked out and have to call to unlock it. Then put the same thing back in and no problem. This happens at least every two months. There are far better banks and banking apps out there. It’s also very slow to respond . The branch will be seeing me after this weekend in order to close my accounts. When they ask the reason it will simply be stated that their app blows chunks. I have zero issues with my other two banking apps. Those banks know how to build them properly.

Security questions

Constantly having to put in my security questions to access my app is getting aggravating. If I answer it once I shouldn’t have to constantly answer then more than once a day.
