With the Airwallet app, you can check availability from your apartment or anywhere in the world. You can book machines for free and they will be reserved and waiting for you. We will remind you before it's your time to use the machine.

A bit frustrating
It asked me to add a balance to the app before starting so I did. Then it charged me separately when I went to use the machine so I had to withdraw the money I put it. When I withdrew it it charged me 20% of the money I put it for a maintenance fee. The bookings also seemed pointless because you could use it while it was booked. Otherwise the app worked well I’d say
Very satisfied
The app was useful when I was doing was while traveling through Norway. The staff was very helpful with deactivating my account and refunding deposits when I left the country. They responded to the chat request quickly and resolved my issue immediately. Thanks for the great service!

Paying more than you need to
It works but makes you refill if you are trying to wash and dry because it needs a $2.00 balance requirement after paying for the lowest amount of $10 and wash and dry is $5 each.

We want to clarify that there is no minimum amount required to top up your balance. Additionally, the $2 refill limit can be set to zero if you prefer. You can easily adjust these settings by navigating to Activities -> Balance in the app.
