I also am someone who needs inspiration on what exercises to perform, and the app suggested exact workouts with reps and everything, and it only needed a short description of my workout goal. Not going to lie, this app excels in its ease of use. Not to mention, the subscription price is set at a totally reasonable amount. The features this app provides are totally worth the price.
