The app was really convenient. I liked having all my courses and notes in one place. It was a little confusing finding the courses I was signed up for. If I clicked on “my courses” it showed more courses than I was actually registered for. It was also nice being able to verify my CEs right through the app.

Very difficult to use this app. Tried to search for “Info desk”, nothing comes up. Tried to search for People’s Choice Awards to provide a vote, but nothing shows up. So the Map of the convention floor does not have a legend to show where the exhibitors are located.
Very frustrating. This is the 3rd year I have attended Smilecon and you’d think the app has been improved!

This app sends too many advertisement messages and notifications. Does not allow you to delete advertisements messages. Upon startup you have to wait for advertisements which is incredibly frustrating when trying to open the app to access the link to input course number and validation codes. Additionally, the CE validation is not integrated and it opens up a browser which requires another login. The enrolled courses do not reliably populate in the browser and you are often required to manually add by searching course number. All of this in the last few seconds when you’re running between classes is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. What’s additionally annoying is that these drawbacks are obvious and almost certainly intentional by the programmer.
