TRAIN: Perform training with real time feedback as well as a plethora of stats that are provided to you after the end of the session!
ANALYSE: Review your training sessions and see how you have progressed in the last week, month or year!
ACHIEVE: Receive Awards for your cumulative use of the app and when progressing through your training plan!
