Beware of this update

We updated to this version and have lost the ability to access the internet as well as a map layer in Mobile Responder does not display. This may affect other apps as well. After contacting NetMotion they said they are aware and are working on a fix however we are dead in the water until the fix comes out.

Stopped working after IOS 8 update on iPad

This is an old review, but we just wanted to clarify that iOS 8 did break some functionality, but we released a fix the same week.

Internet connection issues version 12.12.16943

Ever since iOS 14.5 and 14.5.1 have had several issues where apps and some websites will not connect or load. Including Facebook, Instagram and Netflix. Prior to 14.5 everything was fine. Did have this issue in June of 2020 as well. If I disconnect the VPN all connection issues go away. It is not all websites or apps.

This isn't an issue we've seen with other customers or in our own testing so I'm hopeful its just a configuration issue. In any event, we want to make sure you get up and running.
