We have updated our passenger app with an amazing new user interface and so many new features to help you make booking a taxi quicker and easier.
Ratings and Reviews
Do the taxis actually exist? I think not.
First, international numbers aren’t accepted for verification, even though the option is provided (US/Canada/+1 dots not work). Second, even if you have a UK/+44 number, it’s impossible to get any response. My first attempt was just 1/2 a mile from the university. The app said 2 minutes to get a ride, but after two minutes I got a sms that no taxis were available. Tried it again up at the bridge and waited 5 minutes with no sms confirmation of anything, so I gave up and took the bus. The app looks pretty, but it’s pretty much useless.
