Description
6-Vital app is an app developed as part of an ongoing effort to better understand how to best treat older people with diabetes.
The application helps people and their caregiver follow up with physical capacity, cognitive capacity and vital health related information.
The app is part of a platform that helps people with diabetes and their care givers follow up with information related to their condition. This includes physical capacity, cognitive capacity and other vital health inputs. Most of the platform is managed via a web back office and the app itself is an extension to this platform.
