So many programs!!!

There’s so many programs to choose from! There’s the abs workout, butt workout, arm workout, and cardio workout; and then it’s got the squats challenge and plank challenge. There’s a 30 day workout schedule and then a beginner 1&2, intermediate 1&2, and advanced 1&2 to choose from and the intensity builds up. It’s pretty cool and pretty simple!

Stuck on an ad

I downloaded this app and can’t do a single workout because an ad pops up after you try to start a workout and the X is so far up in the corner that I can’t cancel the ad. It looks good in theory but I can’t do a workout to verify
