Description

A simple 2D ID Barcode Scanner that quickly identifies over or under 21 based on the license barcode. No date math required. No limit on the number of scans. The application continuously looks for standard 2D Barcodes on US-based ID's and reports an over (Green/Thumbs Up) or under (Red/Thumbs Down) on any date of birth codes it scans. Designed for wait staff, club staff, bouncers, and bartenders to quickly and accurately determine an AGE based on the date of birth encoded on US-based licenses and passports. Can scan approximately 1 ID per second. It does not store data after the scan. Built-in QR code share app link function for deployment at events. Simply click the share button to bring a QR code up that other devices can use there normal camera app to go to the app link to purchase.

Good luck using

Working a busy door the app works about 75% of the time. Can’t use it as intended.

Lighting conditions are a big factor in scanning. I've made some improvements in a pending update, as well as newer devices, have better cameras in general. I'd like to hear more about your environment and get a better idea of what may be happening. I've done some extensive testing and only working 75% of the time isn't something I've seen.

Works just like it should

PROS: It works as advertised and doesn’t save information to your device like others do.

CONS: This doesn’t validate anything but what’s stored in the barcode which can be generated by any computer so it’s not fool proof.
