Description
透過群揚大管家豐富的社區管理經驗模式，並將這些模式系統化、資訊化，並將這些寶貴的資訊，結合現在智慧型手機的普遍，導入群揚大管家app，已達成集合式住宅管理行動化的目標。
1. 社區基本資料建立:採用excel整批匯入的方式，方便操作人員建立資料，並避免人員因逐筆建立資料可能產生的錯誤。
2. 信件包裹領取:透過系統通知的方式，只要用戶有收到手機app訊息，即可到管理中心領取信件及包裹，領取方式可用手機或是門禁卡都可以，非常方便
3. 瓦斯抄表:住戶可以將家裡瓦斯度數填寫於手機app中，管理中心就可將這些資訊整批匯出並交給瓦斯公司進行寄發帳單的動作，減少人員操作的時間。
4. 社區行事曆:社區有任何活動都可以透過手機app發送的方式通知客戶，並可結合google行事曆，方便住戶管理行程。
5. 社區公告:及時透過手機app的傳送，讓所有住戶可透過手機了解社區所有公告資訊，加強社區管理委員會與社區住戶的雙向溝通。
