蒙以CourseMaker教学工具通过移动端、PC端的工具和公有云、私有云结合部署的技术手段，为广大教师提供采集、创作、分享、授课等几方面的工具服务。用户通过CourseMaker教学工具（PC端软件）将交互式微课或者直接通过手机将知识内容发布到云服务器上，通过CourseMaker知识圈实现学习、点播、答题、批改、统计等功能。
发布的知识内容支持图文、音频、视频、手写、录音、摄像视频、拍照以及其他格式的附件等多种形式，还可以在知识学习的过程中置入选择、判断、主观题等多种形式的习题，习题的发布、答题、评论也支持上述多种形式。
