【快速问诊】建立居民与医生之间的在线沟通渠道，居民可自主选择医生进行线上问诊，省去线下排队等候时间；
【预约挂号】居民可通过本应用在指定的医院实现线上预约挂号，居民到达医院可直接就医；
【卡充值】居民可在线为医院的就诊卡充值缴费，无需去窗口排队等待；
