“问政”为群众反映问题的政务服务功能，网民可以将遇到的问题反映至区长或区委书记，并通过查询码对问题进行结果查询。
“融媒”版块依托天津日报和河北区融媒体中心的资源优势，提供天津日报、河北周刊、电视、广播的新闻节目，为用户带来便捷高效的阅读和丰富的视听体验。
“河北号”版块,分为“政务类”、“民生服务类”和“公共服务类”三个栏目，为用户提供不同领域的信息查询服务。
