取車很常遇到失敗
最近幾個月使用 smart2go 租車，有好幾次在事前明明預約好車子了。到現場要取車時也確認車子的確在車格內，按下取車按鈕時會跳出取車失敗，然後你的預約單就會直接被系統取消！
致電客服說系統上看到的紀錄是訂單被取消，要我再重新預約一次，大家使用時要有心理準備會有取不到車的狀況！！
