数字邻里中心的落地以“贝儿星盒 KidsCare+ ”服务作为切入点，以“自主管理成长体系”为核心支撑，协同多元参与主体的力量，共同打造「以成长为中心的家庭、以家庭为中心的学校、以学校为中心的社区」，通过创设「补贴 70% 学费」的运营支点，发挥小规模行动带动大范围影响的效应，与合作机构一起构建支持家庭成长的服务体系、共建未来社区开放生态。
