“掌上海关”作为海关总署推出的面向社会公众提供海关业务服务的一款移动端应用服务软件。是海关“互联网+政务服务”体系建设的重要组成部分。通过“掌上海关”的应用，建立海关与企业、个人之间高粘度服务平台，为社会公众与海关间构建了一条新的便捷渠道。
规范海关移动网上政务服务应用建设，“掌上海关”是海关服务事项手机移动终端办理的统一服务入口。系统建成后，为企业或个人提供移动端服务,形成稳定、可靠、高效的海关总署移动应用统一门户。

While at China on my trip 7 months ago it worked fine to fill Health Forms
Now notifications are in Chinese, do not know what these means, cannot copy text to send to translator
Works well and stores information for future trips!
Well designed app. Much better than using the online portal, as it will store your information for future trips.
Add verification with email
The text message verification did not work, always got system busy. The phone number of Overseas is different from China.
