工地職業災害發生的主因，大多數為承攬商未確實依照法令規定，落實承攬管理及設置完善之安全設施所導致，為確保工程施工安全，監造人員須能即時掌控現場情形，但監造人員可能因其他公務或休息時間在外，無法即時監控，尤以假日或夜間施工現場發生意外情形更為顯著，本系統可讓承攬商即時拍照或定點錄影回傳，供監造人員、主管、職安人員與各級主管即時檢核現場施工品質及安全，將可提升施工品質及減少職業災害之發生。
