Description

【柿饼制作过程】：
挑选柿果：色泽金黄略带红色，萼尖薄黄的成熟果最佳。
削皮去蒂：将柿子外表硬皮刨净，拽掉周边花蒂清洗干净。
晒饼排湿：挂通风处排湿或放置阳光下，外果肉稍软时即可开始捏饼。
捏饼成形：柿果逐渐千燥呈皱纹时再捏扁，直到将果肉的硬块全部捏软。
柿子饼捂霜：好坏关键在于温度控制，温度越低，上霜就越好。
做柿饼最关键的步骤就是在选柿子上，做柿饼，柿子要选很硬的，削皮之前记得用盐水浸泡，柿饼的做法比较简单，大家可以在家试着做一做，从此又多学会一种健康又美味的美食做法。
