很烂的app，官方服务不如第三方
从官方app下的单，快超时了都没有进度。打电话过去店员不会操作，坚持说我没有下单。后来换了她同事来，同事查到了我下的单，说建议以后不要在他们华润万家自己的app下单，要用美团和饿了么，比较能保证配送。也是很服气的……
