Description
2015年現在、トラック運送事業のドライバーなどは全体で80万人と2年連続で減少しています。(*1)ドライバー不足の中、事業用トラックの交通事故は減少傾向にありますが、一方でドライバーの健康に起因する事故はむしろ増加傾向にあります。原因として、中高年ドライバーの増加と、その健康管理への意識不足などが指摘され、相次ぐ健康起因事故が社会問題化しています。(*2)
NTTPCは、この社会問題解決の一助とすべく、IoTサービス「みまもりがじゅ丸」の提供を開始しました。
「みまもりがじゅ丸」は、リアルタイムでワーカーの健康状態と居場所をお報せするので、ワーカーの「いま」を把握することができます。
リアルタイムで見続けていることにより状態変化の「おそれ」に気づくことができ、また居場所も分かるので早期の対策をうつことが可能です。
継続的に取得する日々のバイタルデータにより、ワーカー1人1人の「いつも」の状態と比較。「いつも」からの違いを捉えることで、変調の「きざし」に気づくことが可能です。
NTTPCのIoTサービス「みまもりがじゅ丸」は、ドライバー不足を解決できませんが、いま従事されているドライバーの皆さまが健康で安心して働き続けられる環境構築を目指し、運行管理者の皆さまに、より早く、より正確に、より分かりやすく、お報せすることで、この社会問題に取り組んでまいります。
